The Woods
The Woods is located on 1,800 acres in West Virginia's eastern
panhandle, half way between Berkeley Springs and Martinsburg, and
about 90 miles from Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
Town homes and single family homes are for sale and range in size
from 1,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet. This community
was established in 1976 and has no age restrictions. The
average age is early 40s to early 60s. Almost all of the
residents are from out-of-state, primarily Pennsylvania, Virginia
and Maryland. Amenities include a 27 hole golf course and
recreational facilities. Discounts are available for those
