Frisco Lake is a Del Webb retirement community and is situated in
Frisco, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The development sits on
1,000 acres and will eventually have 3,000 single family homes
nestled along Lake Lewisville, a popular recreation spot. Many

Frisco is an upscale suburb so the fact that Frisco Lake's home

check out The Mansions in the Forest, an age-restricted community
north of Houston in the Piney Woods Region of east Texas.
There are
seven floor plans from which to choose, including studios and one
bedrooms and two bedrooms, with square footage ranging from 440 to
1,530; leases are for 7, 13 or 26 months. All units are on one
story, have kitchens and some have patios. The inside hallways
are bright, and a private elevator accesses all units. There
are 9-ft ceilings, full-sized washer and dryers in the
residences and 24-hr. monitored security.
Residents
