Delightful St. Augustine, Florida is rich with Spanish-style architecture and historic buildings and monuments.  Some points of interest are the Cathedral of St. Augustine, Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum, and the St, Augustine Port.   St. Augustine is also home to Flagler College.

St. Augustine is located on the northern part of the eastern coast of Florida in an area that is known as the First Coast area.   It was established as a port city for European travelers to the New World and is now home to more than 12,000 people.   With one of the oldest histories in the United States, St. Augustine was founded in 1565 by the Spanish.   It wasn’t until 1845 that the Florida Territory where St. Augustine lies was incorporated into the United States as a state.

The city of St. Augustine enjoys a tropical climate and is warm, humid, and sunny almost all year around. Temperatures for the area, not dipping below the 50s in the winter. The climate for this area makes it a great place for beach lovers and anyone who enjoys including biking and golfing.   There’s no better place to find yourself in the sun and sand.
