Bristol Village
This is a nice, relatively small retirement
community located on 130 acres in southern Ohio. There are
homes for sale as well as apartments for rent (most homes are on
tree-lined streets). Children are not allowed as residents and
if they are going to visit, prior approval is needed. The
average age here is 73, and one person in each family must be at
least 62 or older. Most of the residents are from in state,
and the rest are from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and
Illinois. This community was established in 1962 and has an
active residents association, with more than 60 committees that plan
and organize events. Prospective residents are welcome to come
visit at no charge.
