Jensen's Deep Run
This small community (100 acres) is located in
central New Jersey, about 15 miles southeast of Trenton.
Single family homes are for sale. The vast majority of
residents are from New Jersey, and one in each household must be age
55 or older. Others in the household must be at least
52. Children are not allowed as residents, but they may visit
30 days per year. Amenities include walking trails, a fully
stocked lake, picnic pavilion and shuffleboard courts.
Greenbriar at Whittingham
Greenbriar is a gated community that features
tennis, golf, a clubhouse and an indoor and outdoor pool. About
an hour from both New York City and the Jersey shore, there are
roughly 1,600 homes on 450 acres here. Single family homes are
for sale. The average age of residents is 58, and the minimum
age requirement is 55 (others in the home must be 48).
Seventy-five percent of residents are from New Jersey.
