Just south of Bloomington, this 400 acre community offers single family homes and condominiums for sale.  HOA fees vary according to the size of your home.  There are no age restrictions and children are allowed as residents.   About half of those living here come from Indiana and the rest from out-of-state.  The community is located on beautiful Lake Monroe and offers an 18 hole championship golf course, tennis courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool and a variety of lake recreational activities.  Discounted nights are available if you'd like to come check it out.
