This 1,500-home master-planned community is still being
built and sits on 500 acres; it winds around an 18-hole golf course and
will have 12 villages connected by meandering paths and golf cart paths.
Each village will have its own community center, housing options and atmosphere
so residents will enjoy life within distinct neighborhoods that are part
of a larger community.
Homes here are for sale for $165,000 to $231,000 and
will be some of the nicest homes in Houston Springs. Sizes range

medical facilities nearby, an Air Force base and a VA hospital down the
