Birds of a Feather is a lesbian-owned, eco-conscious
active adult retirement community for women 55 and above and is located
in Pecos, New Mexico. Nestled on wooded 140 acres with views
of the San de Cristo Mountains, Birds of a Feather is offering casitas
(essentially town homes) and custom single family homes for
sale.
Casitas have two attached dwellings and a shared
driveway; each residence has a standard floor plan with 1620 sq. ft., a
large master bedroom, a second bedroom or office, two baths, a
fireplace, a double garage and walled private courtyard.
Single family homes have 1,200 to 2,000 sq. ft. and are built to suit
the buyer, with architectural approval required.
