Cypress Creek Village is a 55+, manufactured home community in Winter Haven, Florida.  It is the latest from builder CFR Communities, a developer who has been recognized for excellent master-planned retirement communities.  New home prices start in the $50s and $60s.

Dwellings here are essentially permanent mobile homes and come in single-wide and double-wide sizes.  Four models are available and range in size from 860 square feet to nearly 1,600 square feet and have either 2 bedrooms and 2 baths or 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Features include shingle roof, an aluminum carport, a concrete drive, central heat and ac, a completely landscaped lot, sprinkler system, kitchen appliances, draperies, carpeting and washer and dryer hook ups.

Cypress Creek will have 400 homes and is the place for anyone seeking a warm climate and a cost-of-living below the national average.   There is a large clubhouse with a movie room, hot tub, heate shuffleboard tournaments, water aerobics, luncheons, craft nights and holiday parties.   

Winter Haven (population 27,000) is located in central Florida, and the state's magnificent beaches, east and west, are only an hour and a half away, and local lakes provide plenty of opportunities for fishing and boating.
